Logan Penter

Logan Penter is an attorney licensed in the state of Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2017. After completing his undergraduate degree, he attended law school at the William H. Bowen School of Law in Little Rock from August of 2017 to May of 2020. He has been with our practice since the summer of 2020.

Logan’s focus is in Elder Law and Estate Planning, which consists of assisting clients in designing an estate plan to fit their needs, including wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, Medicaid planning, and V.A. benefits for Wartime Veterans and their spouses. He works with clients that have vastly different goals and backgrounds and makes sure they have an estate plan that helps them feel confident and assured their assets are protected and will pass to their beneficiaries as smoothly as possible.
