R. Frank Dudeck III,

R. Frank Dudeck III, is a Certified Public Accountant and Tax Attorney. He conducts a solo law practice with an office in Conway. His practice is focused on the practice of Elder Law which includes estate planning, wills, revocable living trusts, irrevocable trusts, Medicaid planning, VA Benefits for Wartime Veterans, and helping seniors protect assets from the nursing home. In his capacity as a CPA, he does income tax planning and tax projections for seniors year round. He is a VA Accredited Attorney.

He is a member of the Tax Law, Elder Law, and Probate and Trust Sections of the Arkansas Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He has conducted over 500 Senior Seminars throughout Central Arkansas over the last twenty-five years. He has been the guest speaker for numerous civic and non-profit organizations.
